Ranked by how many Wikipedia language editions have an article on each one (Wikidata sitelinks, October 2026), a proxy for how well known it is. Outlines follow Natural Earth 1:10m marine polygons, with the bays it draws apart merged into the sea they belong to (the Bay of Campeche into the Gulf of Mexico, the Sargasso Sea into the Atlantic); Gulf of Boni uses its IHO limits, and Tokyo Bay, the Pechora Sea and the Celtic Sea are cut from the coastline along their usual mouth lines.
